Absolutely IMPRESSED!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my grandmother as I am out of state and they called me the day ahead of time to ask if it was okay to sub a color of flower as it wouldn't be as pictured on their website. I have never had this happen before. Usually they make a substitution without notifying and/or change the arrangement all together. I am very impressed with the customer service and the delivery all around and my grandma loved them. A++++ wouldn't go anywhere else.
